Skeptik

Assalamualaikum,

It has been a long time I haven't posted a new entry.  a little bit busy but yeah now i managed to find some time to update my blog.

Alhamdulillah, it's been 2 months i'm back in malaysia, and this will be forever. now I really2 miss Portsmouth very2 much. Now i'm already in IPDA (Institut Perguruan Darul Aman) or teacher training college, located in jitra Kedah.

So far, I have successfully overcome my jet lag, but I'm still in the process of adapting myself with the Malaysian climate, especially in Jitra which is very2 hot, and i suppose jitra and the upper part of Kedah are having monsoon tropica climate because the temperature is slightly higher than southern part of peninsular Malaysia, and jitra is nearer to Thailand which also having monsoon tropika season. So, no wonderlah Jitra ni panas ya rabbi.

Anyway, the purpose of writing this entry is i want to share about my experience about my journey during on my way back to Jitra from Seremban

Nak dijadikan cerita, I happened to sit beside a lady, i would say she's around 30s years old and she was with her 1 year and a half daughter. anak die menyusu lagi mase tu.
Anyway, she looks normal, like the other mother, who was holding her baby on her lap, while breastfed her daughter, just like a normal mother. So we started to talk about each other, she asked me where i'm from and she's from Kuala Pilah, heading back to Jitra, and her husbands was in Jitra at that moments and she went back to Kuala Pilah visit parents. Suddenly she asked me a question which i never thought that a random lady or guys, who i bumped in public and asked me how i view myself in the next 10 years time.

I was astounded by her questions, she's ambitious, full of vision and i had a very insightful conversation during my 10 hours journey (but we dont chat the whole journey, but the journey from seremban to kedah takes around 10hrs by bus, 7 hrs by private car and 55minutes by air asia, hmm...).

we talked about political issue, about petron Petron, and she said that the owner of Petron is british and they are even the owner of alcohol company which she didnt state the brand name of the alcohol, we talk about why PTPTN need to be abolished as she raised up on the issue regarding our property that we (Malaysia) has, which is enough to sustain the needs for all of the rakyat, and we can even have free education. We have Paddy, Rubber plantation, Palm Oil, Petroleum, and yet we need to buy rice from Thailand, the oil is expensive and they sell the water to Singapore. These are the issues that she raised up during our conversation, and i was just a humble and loyal listener cause i am very stupid in this kind of issue.

She also told me to read a lot. she realised about all of this corrupted thingy when she started doing her job as contractor Klas F, she told me about her experience being cheated, clique problem (kroni issue) and so on.

then she pesan to me, start reading other alternative materials, like suara keadilan, harakah, malaysia kini and all just to make sure that i know what is happening now.

so the tajuk itself is sceptic, ragu2, so i tatau la  which media should i choose in order to gain info. as for now, i am very busy reading about all those models and theory about about increasing my professionalism in  teaching which now i started to see its relevance in my course (finally). so i really dont have time to look through on the net about political issue cus i dunno where to start. pathetic.

maybe, like this kak told me, i'm in the state of being funded, but, not yet funding. when the time comes, u will start to realise everything is difficult especially living in Malaysia, and our country now is really2 sick and critical. but i dont know how critical it is, because so far, my allowance is always in on time. somehow, i would say terima kasih kerajaan for funding us for 6 years.

i don't know la. ok lah, it's asar prayer time now. till we meet again. salam.
